The Mortise UnLatch™, which is the sister product to the cylindrical lock UnLatch™, is an innovative product that solves all of the mortise electric locking problems, is easier to install than an electric strike, yet provides all of the benefits previously only associated with an electrified mortise lock.

This product installs easily in the frame with no side cut required making it high security and vandal resistant that simply places pressure upon the fixed strike plate should an attack occur. It fully utilizes dead latch functions with one version that is adjustable making it virtually workable with every mortise lock on the market. It is also completely unobtrusive in appearance and works under pre-load. Another advantage of this product is the lock status sensing standard as well as how the lock releases by pushing the latch back into the door.
